Our standard return policy for anything you buy from us is 7 days. This applies to both online and in-store purchases, except in case of sale items. If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All claims must be made to our customer service department within Seven (7) days of the invoice provided and Products purchased from our site can be returned for a refund at Grocers World store if and only if:
- The product has not been used and has not been altered in any manner
- The product is intact and in saleable condition, and
- The product is accompanied by the original invoice of purchase.
The following types of products - once accepted by customers cannot be returned:
- Refrigerated items such as Butter, Cheese, Dahi, Ice-cream etc.
- Seasonal and Festive items such as Decoration lights, Gift Packs, etc.
- Items purchased in Bulk quantities
- Fresh food and non-food items such as vegetables and fruits
- Stationary Items
- Batteries and Battery operated products
- Electrical goods
- Personalized items and any products with a seal where the seal is broken.
- Products can only be returned for a refund. We don’t provide an exchange of products.
- Products purchased online from our web site or mobile app can be returned only at our Grocers World stores. Click Here to find the nearest Grocers World store.

Please provide the following information in your email: customer name, order number, product name(product description) in question,
and the nature of the problem. Customer would be contacted with return authorization and notify further process.
In the event of any quality related complaint about a product, the customer should contact the consumer care cell of the
manufacturer/ marketer of the product. Details of the consumer care cell of the Manufacturer or Marketer will be on the
packaging of the product.
Refund would be processed and reflected on your account in 3-5 business days.
Please email us in case you don’t see the refund in stated period and we will look into it.
Grocers World will refund customers through the same payment mode that was used to purchase the product online.
Refunds for products that were purchased online using credit cards/Debit Cards/Internet Banking will be credited back to the
respective account. Similarly, refunds for products purchased through Cash (Cash on Delivery) will be made in cash.
In the event of any disputes in this regard, the same shall be referred to courts of competent jurisdiction at Pune.
GrocersWorld Online Retail Pvt Ltd reserves the right to alter or modify any of the terms and conditions of this
Policy without assigning any reason or providing intimation whatsoever. GrocersWorld Online Retail Pvt Ltd decision on
the above would be final and the customer shall abide by the same unconditionally.
